We also ship to APO/FPO customers via USPS First Class Mail.
Please pay close
attention to the ship date on the item you are purchasing. Orders ship
in 2-3 business days, regardless of the shipping method
you choose, unless otherwise indicated on the item order page.
This does not mean the item(s) will arrive in 2-3 business days. Please
allow 2-3
business days, depending on availability for the order to leave our

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received prior to the shipment of merchandise will result in no charge to your card. Orders may be canceled or modified prior to shipment, however, once an order is shipped the terms fall under our exchange policy. If the package is not accepted/refused and returned to us, you will be issued a store credit for the amount of purchase less shipping costs. Limageplus.com cannot be held responsible for Acts of God, i.e. storms, floods, etc. There will be a transaction fee charged for all orders canceled after 24 hours.
EXCHANGE & MERCHANDISE CREDIT POLICY
We gladly accept Merchandise for EXCHANGES ONLY
or we will issue a MERCHANDISE CREDIT redeemable within one
year or the original purchase. All exchanges and returns must have a Merchandise Return Authorization number.
Returns without this number will not be processed. Please allow 7-10 days
for exchanges to be processed and the exchanged item to be reshipped.
Merchandise to be exchanged must be sent and paid for by the customer and
received in our office NO LATER than Five(5)days from the original date
of delivery/receipt. Items not shipped/returned within 5 days from
the original delivery/receipt of the item will not be accepted
unless authorization has been given via e-mail or by phone.Special
Ordered items are "Final Sales" Shipping charges are non-refundable on any
sale. Certain items will carry a restocking fee, in this case, you will
be notified on that particular item.
Please use care when trying on
garments for fit. Body Creams, perfumes and jewelry can cause the
garment to become soiled or damaged and therefore cannot be exchanged.
Your satisfaction is the cornerstone of our business. In compliance with
hygiene laws, all items returned to us must be in Perfect Condition.
We DO NOT accept the return or exchange of
bottoms, such as panties, thongs, body shapers, hosiery or any garments with a panty or that touches private parts.
Items that have been worn, washed, tags removed, soiled, will not be
accepted or exchanged and will be sent back to the purchaser at the purchaser's
expense.
All returned items must include the Merchandise Return Authorization Number.
